Send in the Cavalry

Meredith interviewed at three psych residency programs this week. Each interview is a day-long affair, and unfortunately my clerkship does not lend itself to taking a day off, let alone three.

We needed someone to save Silas from starvation, so we called in the professionals -- Meredith's aunts and uncles, who have fourteen grandkids between them. Maybe more! Silas could not have been luckier this week.
