Christmas Eve

On the twenty-fourth, Silas travelled to Newark, Delaware, to see the Keegans, Aunt Patt and Uncle Bill, and Cousin Drew. Jim and Karen Keegan's four daughters -- Caroline, McKenna, Maggie, and Bridget -- are Silas's second cousins.

It wouldn't be Christmas Eve without a jump rope contest. Drew won (pictured third), with 104 jumps in a single minute. Uncle Pete lost (pictured at bottom), and it's probably best not to report his score. (Click on a photo to see an enlarged version.)
