Day 100

Today is Silas's 100th day of life. As you can see, he has begun wearing cheeky* t-shirts (this one courtesy of my co-clerk, Arsalan). Day 100 also marks the first day of work for Silas's nanny, Charlene, and one of the last days home for Meredith; she goes back to school in one week, on an ambulatory medicine rotation. Meanwhile, to help Silas achieve a regular sleep schedule in the near future, Meredith has begun reading Dr. Weissbluth's "Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child." Silas, however, has been reading "How to Make a Fool out of Dr. Weissbluth." Hopefully his nap schedule will be worked out by Day 200.

Granted, I haven't met Silas yet. But, my money's on the good sleep doctor.
Best of luck with the sleep training!
